Can you check if you Block private numbers or that specific number?
Try to reboot the phone too.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
Hi Thatiana, you will need to contact the customer Service to make sure everything is fine with your phone line, to contact them you can either go on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service.
