I am moving at the end of the month. My girlfriend thinks i am spending too much with Bell. She signed up on Fizz, used my credit card to purchase a mobile plan and an internet plan. Her heart is in the right place, but I didn't need this. Its been barely an hour since the purchase was made.
I tried to find a way to talk to a representative but its quite difficult to find access to that service. How do i get my refund?

Hi Donald, you will need to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-...) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service.
