Commercial address converted to Residential now 3 years - system still recognizes as Commercial ?

The system say's my condo apartment is commercial - but this is not the case - It's been Residential now for 3 years. - How can I proceed with account creation .

Try to contact the support and see if they can update their database.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -

First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, types this adress:

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

Just to let you know that my friend had the same issue he tried with support and there was nothing to be done they confirmed that the address was residential but still they could do anything5

It seems like a technical issue. You should contact Fizz directly :
Chat with Fizz :
Log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
Their business hours.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.
Leave a message on Facebook.
