Post Canada sent back my SIM card now what ?

After 13 days waiting for my SIM card post Canada noticed me that they sent it backto the sender, so now what when I'll get it ?

    Hi Marcelo, you will need to contact the customer Service either on Facebook messenger (https://facebook.com/fizzca.) or Fizz Website by oppening this link (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/comment-gerer-le-rendez-vous-avec-un-technicien-mon-adresse-de-service) and simply scroll down until you see the Green Bubble, Click on it to start your Chat session with the customer service. Good Luck, they will be able to help you ! ! :)

    In your case, i suggest to reach a Fizz support rep by clicking the green chat bubble available in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name "Fizz".

    But Canada is very very bluesy try to call Canada service for ask why is that
