Can I upgrade my plan and the change take effects immediately ? (not a my next billing occurence)

    You cant.
    When you modify a Fizz plan, this modification is effective only at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

    You can add packages (add data for instance) that will be applied immediately, but it will be more expensive. On your main profile page, you will see "get an add on" red button that will show you your options.

    If you are referring internet plan, the speed changes the following business day (and updating the upcoming billing cycle). Otherwise, you should consider adding an add-on for the current billing cycle.

    Yes you can modify plan, internet will change 1 day later, but billed on next billing cycle.
    But with mobile you need to wait to your next billing cycle for changment 2 be active, but if ya buy mobile add-ons it's will be active instantly.
