Why I have internet connection but everything is clocking. Unplugging modem from power cord is the only option. Same result when I use WiFi and connected to modem. The modem has been tested and it's good. The wires in the house change 2 times. The wires outside the house leading to the pol change 2 times. Still having the same issue. To be noted Everytime the is construction with vibrations in 2 block radius or bad weather the same problem reoccurs. What can be done.
