Cant delete previous card.. says its attached to active plan, already added new card. Thanks for your cue

Have you associated the new card with all your plans?
For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.11 -
Hi David!
You need to connect to your account dashboard and click my plans, select your plan then after click manage plan and payment method to remove the associated card.

Have you associated each Fizz plan with the new credit card?
You must do it.
Connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, click on:(for each plan you have) My plan
Click on: manage my plan
Click on: manage payment method and associate your new card.10 -
