Can I confirmed that my referral activation worked ?

Hi,
I subscribed to home Internet 20 minutes ago with my friend referral, but I did not received confirmation of it.
When I sended the paiement confimation a bug occurs telling me that I needed to reconnect. After reconnected the paiement confirmation appears, but it did not tell me to enter the referral again. I just wanted to know if the referral worked ?

Check under your referral, or contact the support
If I remember correctly the referral will be available only when you receive the modem
1- Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
2- Select Referral Bonuses.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.15 -

It seems you will be able to see the pending referral on your account only once the modem delivery/installation is complete. Go to My Profile >> Referral Bonuses
Also check your junk/spam folder for the email from Fizz.11 -
It should be OK. The credit kicks in the 3rd payment. If you'd like to chat to FIZZ support go to the community page below and click on the green chat bubble.

When you subscribe to home internet, you don't get confirmation of the referral until the internet is installed. At least, that's how it worked when I referred my son earlier this month. He set it up mid-May, but the referral didn't show up for either of us until the installation was finished.8
