You need to have at least an iPhone 5S,
Also the iPhone must be for the North America
And it must be unlocked (if the iPhone is not unlock, you need to ask your previous provider to unlock it, it is free)

Yeah you can install a fizz Sim on Apple iPhone.
The phone need to be an iPhone 5S ++, and need the last version of iOS available for the device.
note: iPhone 1/2/3G/3GS/4/5/5C is not supported.

Yes you can.
You need to have at least an iphone 5S or a newer model.
Other previous model doesnt connect to the LTE network of Fizz.
I'm using an iphone 5S and it works very well.
