wifi is not working on my laptop?

Hello, I have had Fizz for 3 days and suddenly yesterday the wifi on my laptop stopped working, while the wifi still works on all other devices. I think I tried everything but yet the wifi still does not work. I spoke to a person at Fizz on the chat bubble and they told me to pose the question over here since they could not solve the problem either.

Did you already try to click on forget the wifi and re insert?

Hi Harris,

Go to your wifi settings and click on connect automatically.
Make sure you are connecting to the right wifi name and the password is correct.

It's possible your laptop was not set to connect automatically. So when you reboot, you want it to connect automatically to wifi by default.

I've worked in a computer repair workshop. This could be a laptop problem. There many things to consider, this could be an automatic wifi card driver update issues; driver not working anymore, it's could be a windows service problem, it's could be a wifi card problem, it's could be an local ip problem, have u a wifi button on your laptop to disable/enable wifi?, i don't think it's an router issue. It's could be many things. It's so much difficult to diagnose your laptop when we don't see it.
I will give you 2 steps to try but i don't know if this will resolve the situation cause it's could be many things and we don't see the laptop:
1st Step:
-=Press on keyboard: WindowsKey+R
There a run dialog will be appear.
-=type: devmgmt.msc then press enter
-=There a Device Manager windows will appear. Click on Network Adapters.
-=Choose your wireless network adapter, then click right button of the mouse then properties,
-=After this click on the "Driver" tab and then "Roll Back Driver".
-=Restart computer then retry to connect to wifi.
2st step if not working:
-=Press on keyboard WindowsKey+R
-=type cmd then enter
-=This will enter command prompt windows.
-=Type: ipconfig /release then press enter in this windows
-=after type: ipconfig /flushdns then press enter
-=after type: ipconfig /renew then press enter
close the window and restart windows. and try to reconnect
If not working try to connect laptop with an internet (rj45) lan cable. Or ask a guy in a computer repair to test it on wifi, if the guy is kind he will test it for free, it's take like 2 min.

Yes I tried to forget my network bit it did not work. Also, the internet works when I hotspot with my phone.

Hey I cannot click on roll back driver. I tried everything and they said (Fizz), and they said it might be a hardware issue. However how can it be when I can connect to my iphone via hotspot.

Yeah I tried to manually connect it and still not working. Well I’m taking the laptop for a repair.
