Is it normal that I have been charged for my internet even though it is not activated yet? I am supposed to activate it at the end of the month

Yes it is normal
Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card when you subscribe. Your payment cycle, however, will start with the delivery of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. This means the amounts of your next monthly payments will be automatically charged to your credit card each month, 24 hours before the date on which you received your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.

Hi,
Yes it’s normal, Fizz offers prepaid services prepaid from your credit card4 -
Olivier,
It's normal. Fizz offers pre-paid plan,
However, be sure that your plan will begin when the technician will bring your modem ans check your connection.
Your internet billing cycle will begin at this time.6 -
Yes, it is normal. If you put in a referral code when you signed up, it is also normal that you don't get notice of the referral until your service is installed and activated. (that was a recent surprise to me)5

Hi Olivier! Thanks for your question!
Yes, this is normal. Fizz is a prepaid service, so the company charge the first month on the subscription date. But your normal billing cycle will start when the technician will give you the modem and assure internet works.
It's been a pleasure to assist you today! Have a great day!

the first month , you will be charged the moment you apply for the internet but after that , the payment needs to be done at every billing cycle.0
