When you say stop using do you mean unsubscribing and leaving Fizz? If so, log into your account > Manage > Unsubscribe. Follow the steps shown on the screen and you should be good to go! Also, don't forget to send back the modem if you dont want to get charged extra.

To contact directly a fizz support rep by clicking the green chat bubble in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name fizz!

You can unsubscribe at anything in your account. If you just want to not use it for one month than I suggest you change you plan for the cheapest one for the next month and then change it back when you want to use it again. Fizz don't have the option to stop the service for one month then have it back without unsubscribing.

You can unsubscribe to your Fizz internet plan online.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, click on: my plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on:unsubscribe
Dont forget to return the Fizz modem as requested if you dont want to be charged of it.
PS: be sure to unsubscribe to your plan 48 hours before the end of your billing cycle.
