Pin number to transfer my number from fizz to another provider

I wanna transfer my number to virgin they are asking me for a code. where can i find it?

This is the contract number, check under your account

My Plans -> Manage Plan -> Account ID

You can also use the IMEI

Dial *#06# on your phone

Hi Yacine,

Virgin can sometimes be a PITA. As Mike mentioned, these info are sufficient to transfer your number:
- Account holder's name (exact spelling)
- Fizz account number or IMEI

To get your Fizz account number,
Connect you to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan
Click on: manage my plan
You will see it under your phone number.
You will need the IMEI of your phone:
type: :#06# on you phone:the sequency of 15 first numbers

You can find your account number under my plans section, just click manage plan, and you will find your Account number here.
You can give your phone number & Cell phone Imei too. The imei can be phone on the sticker of the phone box or by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can ask fizz too if you have difficulty to find your imei, fizz can see the last phone imei connected to his network.
