can I use fizz referral codes on adding multiple family members to my account? Or can I make separate accounts on the same credit card?

    No, you can only make multiples accounts in order to have the 35$

    Yes you can, however, you need to make multiple accounts with different email

    Since an account is identified by the email used to login
