Does MMS takes sms and data

I've read at a couple of place that we need data to use MMS so does it takes sms if we don't have it unlimited?

Yes, you need both
If you do not have unlimited SMS you need to buy an addon or put money in the Fizz’s wallet in order to send SMS and the data too to send MMS
To received SMS is free
To receive MMS you need data
