Never got my SIM card

Hi, I ordered my Simcard about 2-3 months ago and never got it. (it was before the COVID ourbreak btw)
I was never in a rush to use it because always home with internet. Now I need my sim because I need a phone (also, I paid for it). How can we go about it? Chat on facebook seems a bit useless.

    If you have a Couche Tard nearby, you can also buy the SIM card there.
    After activating it, you can ask a refund for the first one.

    You can see the status of all your Fizz orders in your Order history.
    1- Log into your account and go to My profile.
    2- Click on Order history / See details.
    3- Click on the shipping number to see on the carrier’s website the details of your delivery.
    4- If there’s any inconsistency with the delivery information you see, contact the carrier directly.
    5- If the carrier cannot help you, contact us using the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner of this FAQ during our business hours so we can open a ticket for this issue.


    To contact Fizz's support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-waiting-delivery-my-fizz-package
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Ralph,
    I think your sim card has been stolen.
    You can buy a Fizz sim card at Couche-Tard if you are living in the area of Mtl.
    Then, contact the Fizz customer service by chat and ask for a refund of your first sim card not received.
    Fizz chat is available from 8h00 to 21h00 each day.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, types this adress:
    https://fizz.ca/en/solutions
    Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.

    You can buy another sim and i think Fizz will refund the first one!
    In your case i suggest you to contact directly a fizz support rep by clicking the green chat bubble in your account dashboard or by facebook under the name fizz!
