The data for phone number 514-8***** says there is 1.1/12gb of data left but it rest yesterday, can you fix this

    You have to contact customer service by chat or messenger. We are users here like yourself, so we don't have access to your account.

    Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session begins with Fizz.
