Change plan isn't working

Trying to change my plan for next period but it's telling me to wait after the start of said period and I need to have it changed for that period!

Sorry but you cannot modify your plan the 48 hours before the new billing cycle.

Important – any change to your plan must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle. During those 48 hours, systems are frozen and no change can be made. You’ll therefore have to wait for the next payment cycle.

When you decide to change your plan, you must do it before 48 hours the end your billing cycle.
You'll be able to change it after it will be effective the next month.3
