I got a call from a Fizz installation technician even though I had not rescheduled my appointment. I
Yesterday the technician was not able to install the modem due to some issues. So he asked me to reschedule an appointment. However, today I received a call from another technician even though I never rescheduled. I was not able to open the door for him since I was at work. Is it normal for technicians to visit even though a second appointment date has not been set?
It is the first time that I heard that.
Usually you need to reschedule in order to have the second visit6
