If nothing helps, you can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Open one of the above FAQ links.
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -

For a technician just ask fizz on facebook under the name facebook, or click the green chat bubble available in your fizz account dashboard!

Where are you? Some user reported some bug too this week. You should talk with Fizz via Facebook Messenger to further info.5

I am in longueuil area. I tried searching for chat bubble in my account but it doesn't appear anywhere. Thats why I message how to call them.4 -
To contact customer service use Messenger, Facebook or chat bubble (https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us). The chat is between 8 am to 9pm and don't forget to login before.4
