    Hi E!
    I've checked info about your phone it's a chinese phone. I've checked the frequency of your phone, your phone will support only calls, for call you need to support the frequency 850mhz & 1900, your phone support it! But... for mobile data you need to support dual frequency 1700 and 2100mhz, your phone only support the 2100mhz, so mobile data will not work! Look out at this website to check frenquency:

    So only calls will works!
    It's been a pleasure to assist you today! Have a great day!

    @Mathiew Are you sure about your statement Fizz support 3G and 4G and GSM is 2G technology
    I will suggest to double check Since if the E phone will not be able to receive or make calls, he will be so disappointed i

    You will need a relatively recent phone (less than 5 year I suggest) to be sure it work. On Android I don't know all the phones it has so many but all the iPhone and flagship Android works well. You can have a cheeper phone working but it's more complicated to know you will need to check if the cellular band in your phone are the was that Fizz use in their network....

    @Mike.
    I'm sure about my statement i've worked for a telecom company, and a computer & electronics workshop! Fizz is an Videotron Company . And here the proof in attachment and the website too for compatibility for Videotron (Fizz) network 0% band supported on 3g and LTE this is the band for data:
    https://www.frequencycheck.com/compatibility/8yq4FRX/maze-alpha-lte-a-dual-sim/canada
    But i can assure you the phone will support call on 850mhz 1900mhz on GSM network!
    Have a nice day! :)

    @Mathieu good for you
    from your informations the phone support that frequency (we agree on that) however the technology is GSM
    From Fizz page, Fizz wrote HSPA which is not GSM

    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
    Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies

    Therefore, it is like to listen a 94.3 MHz French Radio and you understand only Russian

    ps Fizz is a videotron company but it does not use all theit capability, not even all the frequencies. I never said that Videotron does not support that phone
