Moving my Internet service

I would like to move to my new address at 31 of May. Also, the person who has fizz in my destination apartment requested to move his service to his new address. However, when I want to move my service a massage says that first the person in my destination address should move his service. He has appointment for May, 29 in his new address and I want to set an appointment for Monday (June, 1) but I could not.

    I think you have to change the month before then click on the june 1st. If it doesn't work I suggest you to check with Fizz via the chat on Facebook Messenger.

    Try to contact the Fizz support customer service about this new issue of moving your internet service.
