Unstable Internet between 15h and 16h on May 26th

Did anyone experience very unstable Internet on May 26th between 15h and 16h ?
Since a few weeks, I get sporadic internet drop. It drop for a few second so most of the time we don't notice. But sometime like today, it drop frequently from 15h to 16h, it drop 34 times. I know it because my VPN connexion to work had to reconnect and of course everyone in the house is crying about the internet not working.
I have a ticket open, but they keep telling me everything if fine with the network.

I had similar issues I reset my modem (small pinhole button on the back and reset it completely and fyi it's always good to do a full reset once in a while keeps things Fresh Cheers mate hope it all got settle

I think it's can be an app running in the background trying to get all internet data TX & RX.
Jus't try to close any app running, if not resolved, retry to contact the support rep!

Yes I tried the reset as suggested by the support.
No app running in background, even taking all the bandwidth should not make the connection to drop.
I once thought that my VPN was causing the connexion to crash so I disconnect my VPN and had this little script doing a ping every 10 second. I could clearly see when the connexion is dropping when the ping timeout.

Result is the following when the internet drop:
Sun 24 May 2020 02:05:28 EDT
PING www.google.ca (172.217.13.99): 56 data bytes
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Could it be my CODA-4680 that has intermittent problem ?
I have it since March 2019, it may be an early Firmware version.
