internet permit?

Today the tech guy told me Fizz internet has no permit to my building, but some of my neighbour, within the same building, are using Fizz internet. Who can help ?

Ask the owner and ask how your neighbour did it. Also, after you chose your plan, did it tell you fizz was availible?

Hi Allen!
The first step to do is to ask your building owner. The second step to do is to ask Fizz support rep, by clicking the green chat bubble in your account dashboard or by facebook. The last step you can try but i'm not sure, try to call Videotron at 1-88-videotron to see if he can help with this problem, videotron can call a tech guy to install a videotron box in your building, or a patch panel. Fizz is a company owned by Videotron.
