Internet accounts transfer, 2 people living on the same address

My roomate just moved out from our appartment and I want to keep the Internet router, just change the person in charge of the account. How we should proceed?

here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi Phillippe!
I think you need an authorization and a proof from your roomate to change the person in charge of the account! The router mac address is attributed to your appartment and your roomate profile.
Just ask a support rep by login in your account dashboard and clicking the green chat bubble or you can chat with fizz on facebook!
