Payment done but no service?

Account was suspended but payment was done 3 hours ago but still no service?
No chat bubble to contact customer service (its 2pm) and facebook fizz doesnt seem to reply either.

    Did you try to turnoff the modem for a minute?
    here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Hi Katya!
    Try to wait at least 24 hours!
    If it's not working, ask the customer support by connecting in your account dashboard and clicking the bubble!

    Contacted them through the link above and they escalated my demand! 1h later, BACK ON YOUTUBE
