Internet availability?

My understanding is that internet is mobile based and not using cable lines. Is that true? I am within the service are in the Gatineau area but when I check for availability the system does not recognize my address. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    The residential internet is using Videotron Cable, therefore, if you can have videotron cable you must able to have Fizz.
    however, Fizz is not available in business building

    If Vidéotron is available, you can take a Fizz account

    You can definitely use cable lines! My internet is using the videotron cable lines and I am also in Gatineau in a building. I would contact them through the chat and ask about your address, because their website is a bit glitchy sometimes.

    Fizz and Videotron use the same network.

    Fizz uses videotron's cables, thus if videotron can make it to your place, you should be OK. But no buisnesses, only residention.
