i have a fizz telephone number and a plan active, also i have a another telephone number with another company active also,
Can i transfer my fizz telephone number to another company and replace it with another of my telephone number to existing plan?

You can transfer your Fizz number to another provider. The new provider will take care of that. If you want to keep the same number, don't close your Fizz account.
I'm noy sure I understand the second part of your question.
