If you want to change your plan, this cannot be done in the 48 hours before the renewal

Hello Mehran,

Keep in mind Fizz is a prepaid service and their is no reimbursement inside a period of billing, i.e. you can only cancel for the next period.

Since Fizz is a prepaid system, you pay for the next month. so you need to wait for next month to get changes on your plan..
