So it says 24,30 + taxes so 28$ but I have 3$ gift per month that they are suppose to remove but they don’t anymore so I don’t know what to do.

When did you applied the 3$ to the slots?
Did you check if the are still in pending mode?
It seems that your are fizz subscriber for less than 2 months, remember that a bonus must be applied to a slot. You can apply your mobile bonus to your mobile plans and the internet bonus to the internet plan.
You need to put in a slot and wait your next billing cycle to be applied.

You should contact the support in orde to check your account
If it doesn't work, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
