The price is the final price therefore with 50$+TX you have everything included unlimited usage, the modem and installation included

nothing more than adding taxes.
the installation, if you have a cable plug in your home, is done by yourself (modem-router).
Then the technician who brought the modem home verifies the correct installation and operation.
