Here is the procesure:
While listening to a message:

Fast play (+10 seconds): Press 3
Rewind (-10 seconds): Press 1
To go to the end of the message: Press 3-3 (so the key 3, pressed twice)
To return to the beginning of the message: Press 1-1 (so the key 1, pressed twice)
To delete a message:

Once a message has been heard, press 7 to delete it. If you'd like to delete the message without listening to all of it, press 3-3 to go to the end, and then 7 to delete it.

Once a message has been heard, press 7 to delete it. If you'd like to delete the message without listening to all of it, press 3-3 to go to the end, and then 7 to delete it.
- If it is not listened to, a new voice message will be kept for 30 days (calculated from the date it was received).
- Once listened, a voice message is automatically deleted after 30 days.
- A saved message will be available for 30 days (calculated from the moment it is saved).

Your voicemail has a 15-message maximum capacity. Once this has been reached, people who are trying to reach you won’t be able to leave you a message you’ll receive a text message each time someone tries to leave you a message.8 -

press and hold the number 1 on your dialpad, it should dial and bring you to the voicemail center then follow the instruction. You have no choice to listen one by one and delete by pressing 7 on each voicemail.6

I personally do not use Fizz' voicemail, but a third party app which I cannot mention in this forum due to Fizz rules. However, if you Google "Smarter Visual Voicemail" you will find the app.2
