Twice now I've tried to schedule an appointment with Fizz.
The first time, they claimed the technician has knocked, which they haven't because I've been home all day.
The chat bubble disappears during peak hours and Fizz doesn't respond to their Twitter DMs, I'm not creating a Facebook account to contact Fizz.
There's only an hour left in the window for the technician to pass by and I've had no communication with Fizz so far today. Also asked Fizz to put a specific note in my file to call me when the technician drops by, I have not received a call or even a text.
What am I supposed to do? I have been trying to get Fizz service for a week now and I can't contact anyone.

here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

I got in touch with chat, they assured me that the technician would pass by.
No technician came by, it's now 7 minutes past the deadline. My time doesn't seem valuable to Fizz, I've been trying to get their service put in for a week now and they keep missing appointments and there's still zero communication.
This is the most frustrating ISP experience I've ever encountered.5 -
