im trying to sign up for home internet but it isnt working. please help

    It's supposed to be accessible.

    Might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.
    You can try using another browser such as Chrome, Opéra, Edge or Firefox

    @Ayala,
    Are you able to ping ex www.yahoo.com from your computer via Cammand Prompt.
    You you don't get reply, there is problem with internet. Reboot and see this solve your problem.
