Each month of the year if you want but you need to do it 48h before your new cycle to be effective on your new cycle.

Like Blackpo suggested, you change change your plan every month.
Just keep in mind that you will pay always the price at the moment of your change.
It can be higher.

Yes, it's illimited.
There was a cycle where I changed my mind 3 - 4 times during the same month and I was able to change it as many times as I wanted.
