Yes you can, the incoming SMS are always free

The SMS are 0.05$/texto

Yes you can but you have to change it on your plan now and it will take effect on your next cycle.

For $7 ( 140 texto ) a month this is may worth the trouble and you can change your plan again in the future if you need illimitted texto back

Yes, you can. As it was said before, you can pay for your outgoing texts only; incoming ones are always free.
