Can I connect to a 5G network with Fizz on My phone?

No, you cannot fizz has only the LTE B4
I do not believe that Fizz will have it in the long run
For most us a good LTE is enough6 -

Hi Aaron.
Fizz is using Videotron coverage and they are working with Samsung to provide the 5G connection. Now once the 5G is available at Fizz, you will need a device able to support it and you will be good to go. OnePlus and Samsung both offer 5G Phones for now.6 -
And even once Vidéotron offers it, it won't necessarily be available with fizz. They might decide to keep it for their premium brand.3
