on April 28 i was charged twice $19.15 on my visa.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do as customers on this support forum. For help for your problem, here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1) Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2) Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
3) The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

You need to contact the support, in order to get refund for this mistake

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
