Not able to connect to ?

I recently started with Fizz and after initial set-up have a hard time connecting to modem default address as connection constantly times - out . And I need it badly to manage Wi-Fi On/Off mode.
Right now Wi-Fi and residential functions are turned off , modem is in the bridge mode. I do nor believe this should be the problem but need to resolve this problem ASAP. BTW what is address for?

    Usually the bridge mode is used if you have a router connected to the modem

    You should disable the bridge mode, enable the wifi and disable the band steering and the ATF
