i ordered a sim card and never received it.. ive been trying to get in contact but the chat bubble is never there and i dont get an answer on facebook

Seems like your sim was stolen. The delivery company sticks the envelope with the sim on the front door of the building because they don't have access inside. So it can get stolen.
You should order another sim (or going to buy to a couche tard near by https://fizz.ca/en/couche-tard-sim) and get it as soon as you receive the delivery notification.
Contact support by chat or messenger after you activate your sim, and you will get a refund for the stolen sim.
