120Mbps plan only showing 10Mbps upload speed(instead of 20Mbps) when trying to upgrade?
I currently have a 30Mbps plan which comes with 10Mbps upload speed. I am trying to upgrade to a 120Mbps plan which apparently comes with 20Mbps upload speed. However, on the upgrade confirmation page, the upload speed shown to me is 10Mbps for the 120Mbps plan(please see the attached screenshot). Is this a UI glitch or have they reduced the upload bandwidth on that plan?

You should contact the support, since from this page https://fizz.ca/en/internet?DATA_CAPACITY=10250&DOWNLOAD_SPEED=10370&PLAN=1000 they reported 20Mps

Hi Abrar,
Best to chat with Fizz support as suggested.
It may be a temporary measure or a permanent change. Many people are working from home nowadays. This is putting more strain on all the networks.1 -
