When are points from Community hub added to my account?

When I received points on a Community hub in the past (answering questions, giving kudos etc) I saw them immediately in my account. It's no longer the case? For 2 days I have the same amount of points without any change even though I received several points here. What's funny I need only 59 points to reach a new level and I am stuck with the same total and no points have been added whatsoever. What's going on?

It is over 10 days that our points do not increase.
Multiple users already reported the bug to the support.6 -

Fizz is aware of the issue. Their technical team is still working to have the situation corrected.
