Unable to answer beep/click when second call comes in?

When I am on the phone and I get another call, I am unable to answer the beep, because the first person automatically gets cut off.

    Restart your phone first and contact the support for help if you still have the problem.

    Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)
    You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

    If you have an android phone, check under phone settings-> call setting -> additional settings -> call waiting should be on
