Calling in Canada and calls not dialing out?

When i dial to Ontario or Canada my calls are not going through? It just hangs up.

Did you try to restart the phone?
Do you have a Canada coverage? If not do you have an addon or money in your wallet?

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Hi David,
I would try changing the your network manually from FIZZ to FIZZ-EXT or another FIZZ network in the list. I have noticed that when I am unable to make a call I will switch to another network and it works fine.
Android instructions:
- Go into settings
- Choose mobile networks
- Network operators
- Choose a network manually
Iphone instructions:
- Go into settings
- Select Cellular
- Network Selection
- Turn automatic off and select the desired network
