Does Canada + U.S. coverage include long distance charges to the US?

It's not clear if long distance charges are included in your coverage area. If I have the Canada + U.S. coverage area, does that mean I can make unlimited calls to both Canada and the U.S.?

Yes it's mean you can make unlimited call to both Canada and US.
It's clear when you choose your plan, they say unlimited Call, see picture

Good question.
With Fizz mobile plans, the calling area = your coverage area,
So if you selected Quebec coverage, you can call any Quebec number while you are in Quebec.
For Canada & USA coverage, you can call any Canada and USA number while you are in Canada or USA.10 -
