I already have a fizz plan/account with my old phone.
Do I need to order a new SimCard or can I just transfer it from my old phone to the other ?
If I need to order a new SimCard, what happen to my account, I will have all transferred to my new phone (phone number, etc...) ?
Do I need to close my other plan and recreate a new one, new user ?

You just have to put your actual SIM card in your new phone. Both phones use a nano SIM card. You will need to set your APN in the pixel.
This is how

Verify if your Pixel model is compatible with Fizz network https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices2

Everything has been well explained by Fizz members2

The Nexus 5 uses a micro sim card and the Pixel uses a nano sim card. Luckily the Fizz sim card is a multi sized card. Just pull it out of your Nexus 5, push our the nano part of the sim card and put it in your Pixel. You should be good to go, but may have to adjust your APN settings.4

My mistake, code_KRUEW is right, the Nexus5 use a micro SIM card and just detach as he said the nano card for your Pixel. Set The APN with the link a gave you in my first answer.3
