How does Fizz Calculate Voice Call Usage?

I have a 60 min voice call package in my plan. I checked it yesterday and I noticed that only 1 min is left. I am sure that I haven't talked more than 30 min (I checked log history in my cellphone). Does anybody know what the problem is? How do they calculate usage for voice call?

- It rounds call to a minute : if you made a 1 minute and 5 seconds it become 2 minutes.
- Voice mails are charged : if someone call and leave you a 2 minutes message , those 2 minutes will be charged to your add on. When you listen to your voicemail from your cell phone , those minutes are also charged to your add on . If you don't have unlimited minutes, you should listen to your voicemail from a land line if you have one by calling 1-514-647-099910 -
