How does Fizz Calculate Voice Call Usage?
I have a 60 min voice call package in my plan. I checked it yesterday and I noticed that only 1 min is left. I am sure that I haven't talked more than 30 min (I checked log history in my cellphone). Does anybody know what the problem is? How do they calculate usage for voice call?
