Hi, What are the data settings for internet to be used in Europe? And do you have partners to use for calls from Europe?

Hi Assya,

It is the same mobile data settings (also known as APN settings) regardless of which country you are. Just be sure to enable roaming on your phone.

If you need to resend the APN parameters to your phone, go to your account, "My plans".
Go to your mobile plan and click on "Manage plan"
Select "Advanced Parameters" and go to "Fizz network parameters"
- For iPhone, the instructions are shown.
- For Android phone, click on "Send to my phone" to receive the update.

You can buy travel add-ons for mobile data or texting. Currently, Fizz does not allow calling while you are traveling in other countries. For calls, you can download a voip app such as TextNow, Fongo, etc to make calls using wifi or mobile data.

For call even Fizz suggest to buy a travel SIM card for Europe.
