Can I transfer my number from VOIP.ms, a service that parks your number online?

I parked my number with an online service called VOIPl.ms when I moved to the States. Now that I'm back, I want to port the number to my Fizz account. The number was with Telus before I parked it.

It is currently impossible for us to transfer phone numbers that are associated with landlines and VOIP.

You should transfer the number to another mobile provider and transfer to Fizz
